Return Policy
We will accept a return of a nugget or nuggets up to 10 days after the customer receives it. We will issue a full refund minus shipping and insurance charges. Please e-mail support@goldmartinc.com for a return authorization number to be used when returning your item.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within two business days after confirmation of funds.
International
Due to varying insurance rates associated with shipping destinations outside of the United States, we will provide the cost you will incur for international destinations at time of purchase, via e-mail. Shipping will then occur via United States Postal Services U.S.P.S. Global Express Mail (3-5 days).
United States
If you desire next day delivery, we will ship via United States U.S.P.S. Express Mail at a cost of $19.50 If your preference is 2-3 Days, we will ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail at a cost of $4.85. Below is the insurance fee that will be added to all orders for your protection.
